S11844 – Prehnite
Fine botryoidal crystals occur at numerous world wide localities, so this should be looked at for what it is; an aesthetically
placed Roman helmet look-alike prehnite to 2 cm long from the U.S., and I might add a splendid example from
Virginia. Comes with old label as well. It must have been carefully extracted because the piece is a near floater.
