This is an unusually fine and superb display of metallic, blue-black covellite crystals. They are nicely exposed, bright crystals situated next to quartz and an old-time piece that was likely extracted during the 1950s. Came from the collection of Don Boydston.

This is an unusually fine and superb display of metallic, blue-black covellite crystals. They are bright, iridescent crystals in absolutely pristine condition. They are also nicely exposed and well separated for a vein filling sulfide. This piece was likely extracted during the 1970’s, and eventually ended up in the collection of Al McGuinness, accompanied by his label and a bit of interesting history. If tilted slightly it measures 3.3 cm without damage.

This is an excellent cluster of brightly colored, slightly iridescent gunmetal-blue covellite. This film is extremely effective for display and really adds aesthetics. The external form is great and entirely pristine. This superb miniature is rich in everything available from here.
S16940 – Enargite
This very fine cluster of enargite and pyrite is an American classic. It is likely Earl Shaw obtained this specimen from Ed McDole since he use to supply them with Butte material. Si & Ann Frazier and Bill McBride also owned the piece.
