S18343 – Dioptase
This is an excellent and relatively uncommon dioptase from Malpaso, Colon Department, Argentina. The crystals grew in bright individual clusters and singles, with carbonate rich matrix. A perfect fit for a suite.

This specimen of dioptase is intense green and sparingly covering calcite. They came out many years ago and are now relatively uncommon from Malpaso, Colon Department, Argentina.
