S13557 – Kesterite

Exceptional thumbnail combination specimen of green mushistonite coating kesterite on colorless beryl. Specimens from
here have become famous during the past ten years and starting in 2001 a few kesterites, a copper and zinc sulfide
related to stannite, were recovered. This particular specimen is superfine, in that its association of all three minerals is
exceedingly rare.
