S14469 – Beryl

This piece features a gemmy emerald and a sharp calcite neatly placed on matrix. It has become increasingly difficult to obtain good specimens in recent years that show well from the famous mine. This fine piece, on the basis of color, really POPS from smoky-gray calcite. No damage or repair.
