S15657 – Diopside

An unusually high-quality, doubly terminated diopside crystal from Madagascar, that I suspect came out in the early 1970s. The piece is among the most ridiculously bright, high-quality crystals you will ever see and its saturation is an olive oil green color very different from contemporary material.
