S15785 – Fluorite

This is an old-time Namibian fluorite specimen of distinct, highly modified octahedral habit. This is an early specimen. It is likely to have come from the construction of the Pforte train station from 1898 til 1902. Ex Scott Williams and Bill McBride collections
