S17641 – Calaverite

This specimen of calaverite is great, considering the rarity of Cripple Creek tellurides, with rather uncommon terminated crystals up to 0.7 cm in contrast to purple fluorite. This classic is probably 100 years old. The specimen came from George Topham of Apex Minerals before being passed to collector/dealer Mel Dyck.
