S18117 – Chrysocolla

This epimorph, unusual though it may be, features a hollow inside seen from an opening in the main crystal. This crystal shell is 2 cm. The gorgeous coating of cyan-blue chrysocolla and sparkly quartz has interesting blebs of copper scattered about as well. This specimen is from recent mining.
