S18943 – Calcite

A fine old cluster of impressive English calcite from the late 1800s. They are among the most prized and famous of any classic calcite specimens, and this piece is almost completely intact which is practically unheard of these days, I mean in such a large specimen. This piece came from George Burnham of Burminco, with his old faded label. Very collectible then, even more desirable now.
