S19243 – Chrysocolla

A lovely specimen of chrysocolla seen here in fine, bright robin’s-egg blue. A lot more going on than just color though, right beneath its skintight layer are roughly a dozen perfect balls of lush green malachite. This is an attractive grouping for the locale.
